Coach Monique is a Columbus, Ohio, native, wife, mother, and
advocate for children with special needs, business creation (such as LLCs, Home Health, and DODD Provider Certifications), women struggling with identities when it comes to family, love, work, trauma/domestic violence, and so much more. By driving to help us reach our fullest potential as your Certified Life Coach. Monique received her certification from Lamad University in Carrollton,GA. Coach Monique is currently working on her bachelor's degree in psychology and her certification as a Peer Supporter here in Columbus. Her purpose is to empower you to create the transformative life, business, and version of you that you can imagine by teaching each woman, family, and couple how to reveal, shift, and incorporate the power we hold inside.  You are not halted; you are simply in transition to walking and fulfilling the ultimate goal. Her approach as your coach is nonjudgmental, freeing, and purposeful while getting to the center of what's suppressing you. Together, we patiently unravel each blockage that holds you hostage and keeps you from reaching your dreams. As a survivor of life, love, lost identity, pain, and self-doubt, she is the living proof coaching you to your dreams and so much more.
